Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact me at lois@itsbydesign.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 207 Glen Abbey Dr, Cary, NC 27513. 

I will treat any return on an individual basis with instructions discussed in an email conversation. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so I want to work with you in solving any issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and quickly make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or digital files.
